Parade of Healing - 11:30 am
The Parade will leave from Central Academy at 3221 Indiana Avenue and proceed to Linwood Boulevard. It will then continue west to Benton Boulevard and move south to the Satchel Paige Stadium on 51st & Swope Parkway, KCMO. Register today to represent your organization, drill team, club, band, motorcycle club; or church. Entries may display your organization’s name along with culturally sensitive messages that help prevent the spread of HIV. A special event the entire family can enjoy!

HYPE (Helping Youth Plan for Excellence) presents an all-NEW episode of “The Lot”, a dramatic stage play written, produced and performed by area youth.

24 Hour HIV Test-A-Thon
Free and confidential HIV, STD & Hepatitis C Testing will be offered at various sites around Kansas City. Local AIDS Service Organizations (ASO’s) will provide these services for the community as we remain at the forefront of the fight against HIV/AIDS.

Women’s Retreat/Afternoon of Pampering                    
A full day of motivation and educational topics coupled with an afternoon of pampering for women living with HIV/AIDS and their caregivers. Relaxation, rejuvenation and education are the themes for the day! Lunch will be provided along with chair massages and other perks! Be prepared to participate in a wonderfully inspired Empowerment Retreat.
